The Course is designed to take you step by step through the installation and setup of the Fedora distribution. The course covers adjusting desktop, system management, applications overview and more. Much of the Free content on the Internet is disjointed and hard to follow but we offer short courses that are aimed at teaching beginners all the way through their Linux experience. We've also added quizzes to highlight important parts of the course.

Intro
Fedora makes a great choice for both beginners and advanced user as it balances stability and cutting edge applications. The Fedora distribution effectively fills the needs of home users, programmers and servers alike. Unlike many Linux distros, Fedora always includes the latest versions of software this adds to the excitement of its releases which happen every 6-8 months. Fedora does not include proprietary drivers so you're on your own downloading and installing them. Fedora is fairly fast yet features a unique graphical theme including login, background, icons and everything else that are second to none.
