Other ports represent options that you have to allow access to ports and services that are not listed in the "Trusted Services"by default. Note that you cannot see this section until you change the skill level to "Expert".
When you select the "Add" button you will be presented with a lot more port options. Choose the port you want an click "OK".
Or you can enter a port number and the protocol for a random port you want to use over port number 1024. Those under 1024 are assigned to specific programs and you should not use those ports unless with the originally assigned applications.
Here a port was selected, 3489/TCP and now is entered into the firewall. You will need to hit "Apply" before it is active.
