Entering Percentages

You can change a column to reflect % by clicking on the column letter and choosing the % button on the Object bar; two decimal points is the default.

The decimal point placement can be increased or decreased with buttons on the Object Bar.

The percentage can be forced back into a number by using another button on the Object bar. Notice in the example the top number has been changed back to a number while the bottom cell is still a percentage.
